Vestibular Support Group
If you deal with dizziness and balance disorders, vertigo, or other vestibular disorders, join us for our Vestibular Support Group. Lifestyle Physical Therapy conducts four to six VSG meetings per year to support patients and community members who have been affected by vestibular disorders. Chicago Tri Club
The Chicago Tri club is a not-for-profit organization that brings together triathletes of all abilities for athletic events as well as social activities. LifeStyle provides free injury screens as well as stretching and injury prevention clinics.
National Runaway Switchboard
The National Runaway Switchboard helps keep runaway and at-risk youth safe and off the streets. LifeStyle provides NRS’ marathon team free injury screens as well as stretching and injury prevention clinics.
Imerman Angels
Imerman Angels is a not-for-profit organization that provides one-on-one support for individuals touched by cancer. LifeStyle provides Imerman Active, the athletic event fundraising division of Imerman Angels, free injury screens and stretching and injury prevention clinics.

Education & Career Development
Dr. Michele Kehrer PT, DPT, ATC and Dr. Lindsay Ternes PT, DPT teach an Introduction to Vestibular Rehabilitation & Fall Prevention course for physical therapists interested in garnering the knowledge and tools necessary to correctly diagnose and manage balance disorders.
